Marcy Hamilton is a practical lawyer who seeks to understand her clients’ fundamental concerns and assists her clients in getting the deal done. Marcy’s practice is focused on real estate law, primarily in leasing, representing landlords and tenants in office and retail leases, and in acquisitions and dispositions, representing both buyers and sellers. She has also worked extensively in the renewable energy space, representing both developers and landowners in connection with the real estate aspects of the development of wind farms and solar projects.
Marcy started her legal career with a medium-sized firm in West Virginia and subsequently completed a federal judicial clerkship with the Honorable John T. Copenhaver, Jr., United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. After her clerkship, she relocated to Pittsburgh and worked in the real estate group for a national law firm and then a smaller, regional firm. Marcy joined Sitko Bruno in August 2022.
When not practicing law, Marcy enjoys skiing, hiking, shooting sporting clays, and spending time with family.
