Margaret (Maggi) K. Sitko
With over 30 years in the field, Maggi is still excited to see new real estate deals unfold. She enjoys creating solutions to complex problems and providing guidance that not only addresses current issues, but helps to prevent future problems.
Maggi started her career at a national Pittsburgh law firm and then became in-house counsel for a large supermarket chain. Maggi formed Sitko Bruno in 2000. Over the years, Maggi has built quite a reputation focusing on complex commercial real estate transactions including real estate and mixed-use developments, projects involving public and private financing, and commercial condominium transactions. She has worked with all types of businesses including regional and national developers and retailers, large and small banks, start-up businesses and large corporations and several non-profit organizations.
When not growing and nurturing her business, Maggi can often be found growing and nurturing her shade and vegetable gardens. She also focuses her extra energy and enthusiasm on spending time with her four daughters, and whipping up impromptu dinner parties for her friends. Traveling is high on her list as well. Intrepid in life as well as in business, she will tell you that no location is off limits.
